This is the original list and the order they were given

• We want it so clients can give us hard facts before we go on appointments ie complete a fact find
• We want it so any information gathered is secure and stored in the UK
• We want it so we can request documents and then if clients don’t upload them, we want them to get a reminder
• We want it so that we can communicate with clients securely and provide updates to agents, solicitors and client in one email.
• We want it so its easy to use and understand so that anyone with no technical knowledge can operate the system with the minimum of training.
• We want to be fully integrated with software we are familiar with so we can use what we want not software imposed by someone else
• We want it to sell for us or at the very least help us with selling.
• We want it to do an eIDV with one press of a key and then a reminder when we need to revisit it.
• We want it to prepopulate lenders applications
• We want it to be able to collect payments from clients and then remind these cusomters when they don’t pay
• We want it so only the broker (and administrator working for that broker) can see their customers' details (even in the same firm)
• We want it to remind us when mortgages are coming up for renewal
• We want it to remind us when insurances need to be reviewed.
• We want it to do indicative quotes
• We want it to be independent and influenced entirely by brokers and our needs we don’t want just another compliance system
• We want clients to have the ability to get their own general insurance quotes
• We want a system that virtually guarantees compliance, protecting both the adviser and business.
• We want to own the data so we can go all martini should we wish to.
