Personalised avatars
Your system can come with an avatar, why not you? That’s right, you can have individual avatars at firm level or even broker level, who better to present your business and guide your customers other than you. However, if you don’t like being the star of the show pick one of our male or female presenters to do the job for you.

Document store
The document store was created so you had a single location for all the documents which you may wish to share with your customers. As many of these documents have a shelf life we have built in a reminder service for when these should be reviewed. If a document goes over its shelf life it can no longer be used. This ensures the firm remains complaint in this area.

Personalise your look
OptiBroker has the option of making your portal reflect your business. Pick the colours, add your logo, pick where the email address notifications come from. After all you have spent time, effort and energy building your brand so lets promote it.

A personal touch
We appreciate you will want to show customers how important they are to you. OptiBroker allows you to send all clients cards to celebrate birthdays, Christmas, Mother’s day or any number of special events and come with a variety of video additions should you wish to use them. We appreciate you may not feel this is appropriate for every customer so you switch off for any customer who you do not wish to receive one.

Want to follow up to your clients and ask them how you are doing? You can have your own personalised surveys to do this. If you have ancillary parts you have bolted onto your business you can tailor this document to you and what you want to measure. This auto feeds into your management information so you can have an individual or firm view of what your customers think at the click of a button.

Your avatar is a guide around your site, your digital assistant is an information provider. The digital assistant will explain to customers about defacto, or answer the question 'what is home emergency or legal protection' etc. This can be generic or bespoke to you or your business. For personlaised sites you can choose between a cartoon, or male or female presenter.

We’ve got you
The system has a number of automated events which trigger contact with your client.
These communications can also be personalised to firm or even broker level, if you don’t have time, once again you have some off the shelf options ready to go. It should be noted any one of these can be switched on or off by the adviser.

These events include :

  • Mortgage renewal - Clients get emails 6, 5 and 4 months before the mortgage is due for renewal
  • Building and contents renewal - Clients will get automated quotes every year on renewal
  • Income protection - If they purchased this previously from you – an automated email is sent to request the latest years income figures so that the level of protection can be reviewed
  • If they did not buy it from you - the system will personalise a quote and let the client know how much it will cost should they want to reconsider
  • Life and critical illness - the system will personalise a quote and let the client know how much it will cost should they want on an annual basis

Improve the sale process
Most advisers we spoke to want every client to have life quotes, critical illness quotes, income protection quotes to cover the mortgage, overheads as well as full income protection as well as GI quotes. However, as much as they try they just don’t get always get the time.

OptiBroker have introduced indicative quotes for life and GI to give you a starting point for your conversation. However, to give you a middle and end we also provide a full client analysis, using a risk calculator to see the likelihood of having to make a claim, explaining what financial provisions are in place for clients and of course providing multiple quotes.

Mortgage Sourcing

Your OptiBroker system is fully integrated with Trigold for mortgage sourcing and for Apply once the mortgage is sourced. With full integration comes additional benefits including auto returns of fees added and fees upfront illustration with the selection of a single deal.

Insurance

Most of the advisers we spoke with liked The Exchange or iPipeline so we integrated both. However, not content with simple integration we added a number of sales functions to aid you in the process.

General Insurance

We currently seamlessly integrate with Paymentshield allowing you the option to quickly present quotes to your clients
In addition we added sales functionality which provides 3 quotes for GI automatically when you source the mortgage. With full integration it also means we can provide personalised renewal quotes every year without any input from the adviser.

Payment Systems

Brokers seem particularly keen to have the ability to collect fees or monies from clients so we incorporated the Stripe payment facility. This allows you to create your own payments account and of course request payments through the OptiBroker system – However, we don’t just leave it at requesting payments, if the customer forgets or is slow to pay we give them a text an email reminder every so often. I say every so often as you decide for every customer how often this is.

Online Communication

Linked into the communication part of the portal you can set meetings with your client through any of these chosen methods. As always the choice is yours, and if you change your mind no problem we just switch it across to a different provider.

Text and Email Facilities

We integrated with the text provider to ensure a clear path of communication with your customer over and above an email. As consumers we may not always be near our computers but usually our mobile phones are not far away. The text message facility is a wonderful way to relay messages to your client. The system has an automatic message facility to chase documents, payments, or you could simply just say happy birthday.
